Salvador Aguilar - President & Founder
About Sal
Salvador Aguilar is President & Founder of Zeta Consulting, where he leads the firm's executive search and talent advisory work for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Sal brings more than 25 years of experience building relationships across the investment community, including 15 years dedicated to private equity–focused executive search.
He has built Zeta Consulting's reputation on long-term relationships and a disciplined, consultative approach to hiring, and remains a trusted resource and sounding board for the leaders in his network. A native of Manhattan Beach, California, Sal holds a BA in History from the University of San Francisco.
Elizabeth Aguilar - Director of Research
About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Aguilar leads talent sourcing and research at Zeta Consulting, supporting the firm's executive searches across finance and accounting. She specializes in Boolean search strategy and LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, identifying and engaging top talent for roles at private equity–backed companies.
Elizabeth brings years of recruiting experience and a research-driven approach to every search, ensuring clients have access to a deep, well-qualified candidate pool at every stage of the process. A native of New Jersey, she holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Rutgers College.
Marina DeBold - Research Lead
About Marina
Marina DeBold specializes in connecting finance and accounting professionals with opportunities at private equity–backed companies. Prior to joining Zeta Consulting, she built a background in project management at Mastercard and client services at Inc Design, where she managed budgets exceeding $1 million and led planning for domestic and international trade shows.
Marina brings that same organizational discipline to recruiting, managing each search with an emphasis on communication, follow-through, and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. She holds a degree in Communications from Ramapo College.
Eiffat Karp - Partner Relations Lead
About Eiffat
Eiffat Karp is the Partner Relations Lead at Zeta Consulting, where she develops and manages strategic relationships that support the firm's growth in Private Equity executive search. She brings more than 20 years of experience spanning private equity, finance, accounting, and management consulting.
Before joining Zeta, Eiffat was a Talent Acquisition Partner at Trio Search, where she partnered with private equity firms and their portfolio companies on finance leadership searches, placing CFOs and other senior finance executives. Earlier in her career, she held assurance and recruiting roles at KPMG and PwC. Eiffat holds a degree in Finance and Management from Texas A&M University.
Known for her relationship-driven approach, Eiffat builds lasting partnerships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and exceptional attention to detail. Outside of work, she is an active supporter of several nonprofit organizations.
